Just as good as name brand.

As an individual with many body modifications waxing has become a little difficult on facial areas. I have an upper lip "medusa" and bottom lip "snake bites" - and if you've never tried to get wax off a piercing it's ridiculous.. That's one reason I've put off my nose bridge piercing because I don't really rock a unibrow. ANYWAYS if you are looking for a quick painless tweeze this has you covered. I was initially nervous because I tried body epilating and that hurt worse than any modification I've ever endured (including 7+ hour tattoo sessions...) but this was painless COMPLETELY painless! It grabbed all the little peach fuzz hairs and the guard rounded facial rings with no snags. The tip of the epilator did heat up half way through - it does have a lot going on.. the light does nothing for me. The heat gave me a brief redness, but come moisturizer and it vanished fast. I love how smooth the spots are, I used it around all my rings and my upper and lower eyebrow. I'm happy. I do wish it was rechargeable and as mentioned above the light doesn't do much of anything but heat it faster...

I ordered this as a replacement for the Flawless version I had for eyebrows which had died completely after a year with no way to repair it. Based on the reviews and the price, I thought I would give this one a try instead. I found it works better than my previous one. The only small ding is that the protective bag they send with it is almost too small for it, so I don't use it. But, that's a small thing and not something I was too concerned about. \
